The United States "surrendered" faster than France Macron was caught off guard by Biden

Some time ago, French President Macron caused fierce criticism from Western allies because of his statement that "it is not ruled out that the West will send troops to Ukraine". Now, the "sending troops theory" has finally died down, and NATO, led by the United States, has found a seemingly reasonable legal basis for Macron. It is reported that the German Parliamentary Expert Group issued a report that if NATO sends troops to Ukraine, it is also in accordance with international law, based on the collective self-defense right stipulated in the "United Nations Charter", and falls within the scope of exercising the collective self-defense right. However, if Russia launches an attack on NATO troops deployed to Ukraine, it will not trigger NATO's fifth collective defense clause, because this clause is only effective when a NATO member state is attacked on its own territory. After Macron released the "sending troops theory", the reason why other NATO member states reacted so strongly was that they were afraid of triggering NATO's collective defense clause and being forced to engage in a head-on confrontation with Russia.

But now NATO is justifying itself, saying that France's sending troops to Ukraine is an independent act. This feels like a friend who dies is not a friend who dies. As long as France does not harm NATO, it is not impossible to let Macron charge into battle. Perhaps with this idea in mind, the United States has begun to take action. According to Observer.com, Biden recently held talks with Macron in Paris. During this period, Biden has been blowing rainbow farts to Macron, claiming that France is "one of the closest allies" of the United States, and promised that the United States will continue to support Ukraine to ensure that Europe is free from the "Russian threat." In response to Biden's "true feelings", Macron also expressed his gratitude and responded that he would support Ukraine with the United States, and would also redouble his efforts to work with the United States to avoid further escalation of tensions in the Middle East, and was determined to exert necessary pressure on Iran and seek to curb Iran's activities in the Middle East. Obviously, the United States is here to give France a fascination. Biden claims that France is "one of the closest allies" of the United States, but when Macron clamored to "send troops" before, the United States hid faster than anyone else. The statement that it will firmly support Ukraine is nothing more than an attempt to appease Macron, so that France can continue to take the lead on the Ukrainian issue, create trouble for Russia, and ensure that Putin cannot win the final victory. Interestingly, the United States and Russia are mortal enemies on the surface, but in fact they cannot do without Russia at all. According to U.S. Customs data, in April this year, the trade volume between Russia and the United States increased by 20% year-on-year to US$332 million.

Among them, Russian exports increased by 37% to $298 million. Fertilizers are still the main product imported by the United States from Russia, with a supply of $164 million, followed by platinum, with deliveries increasing 31 times year-on-year to $94.2 million. The third major product exported by Russia to the United States is turbojet engine parts, whose sales have tripled year-on-year to $10.1 million. From these data, it can be seen that the United States is really one thing in front of you and another behind your back. It has fooled its allies into sanctioning Russia, while it has started business with its competitors. In this way, the United States' "surrender" speed is faster than France. After all, France first spoke hard and then gave in, while the United States directly took action secretly, but on the surface it had to hold on and fool its allies to continue to challenge Russia. I think Macron was caught off guard and was fooled by Biden. If he really believed the lies of the United States and took the lead in the Ukrainian issue, France's fate would probably not be much better than Kiev.
