On September 10, the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum (Lianyungang) 2024 Conference Public Security Technology and Equipment International Seminar was held in Lianyungang, Jiangsu. The seminar was hosted by the China Friendship Promotion Association and organized by the China Security Products Industry Association.

The seminar, with the theme of "National Security, Shared by the World", brought together elites from the fields of politics, industry, academia, research and application in the public security field from 18 countries and regions including China, the United Kingdom, Spain, South Africa, Pakistan, Iran, Peru, etc., focusing on the methods and paths of public security technology governance and the construction of intelligent public security technology support capabilities, and exchanged and discussed topics such as how artificial intelligence promotes the development of public security and the development and application of intelligent equipment in the field of public security. Keynote speeches were given by Ginette Smit, Dean of the School of Police and Law Enforcement at the Stadio University of South Africa, Samuel Jock, CEO of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority of South Africa, and Jack Saunders, CEO of the British World Security News Group.

This seminar adheres to the spirit of systematic thinking and openness and solidarity. Through keynote speeches, releases of new products and technologies, analysis of industry development reports, high-end dialogues and other forms, it showcases cutting-edge technologies and innovative products in the field of public security at home and abroad, as well as the development and needs of the overseas public security market. It also shares future security concepts and echoes the Public Security Science and Technology Equipment Exhibition held at the same time.
