Carbon emission managers, wind power operation and maintenance engineers, artificial intelligence (AI) employees... In August, with the vigorous development of the green economy, new generation information technology, new energy, new materials and other industries have grown rapidly, and various new occupations have emerged. This is a vivid practice of Fujian's development of new quality productivity based on its resource endowment and local conditions. The single-photon all-fiber multifunctional laser radar that can detect carbon dioxide concentration, the industrial carbon emission Internet of Things monitoring platform that can implement carbon monitoring and carbon measurement and accounting for greenhouse gas emissions from steel plants... The National Carbon Measurement Center (Fujian) (hereinafter referred to as the "National Carbon Center") located in Yanping District, Nanping, Fujian, launched a number of first-of-its-kind major technical equipment in a short period of time, filling the gap in the domestic carbon measurement industry.
Nanping is located at the source of the Minjiang River and is known as the "green treasury". Its development follows strict environmental protection requirements. In recent years, Nanping has focused on developing "green technology" and looking for new development directions. Zheng Mingyue, deputy director of the Nanping Industrial Park Management Committee, said: "We actively promote the implementation of the National Carbon Measurement Center (Fujian) and the 'Key Measurement Technology and Standard Research for Carbon Emission Monitoring Data Quality Control' project. These two projects are national business cards in the field of 'dual carbon'."
At present, the National Carbon Center is cooperating with Nanping Aluminum to customize carbon emission automatic monitoring solutions for enterprises. Huang Weimin, project manager of Aerospace Carbon Technology, said: "We are doing research and development in line with industry needs, breaking through the difficulties of carbon emission data collection in the production process of industrial enterprises, and achieving efficient monitoring and accurate accounting." In addition, this technical team has also connected with Nanfu, Anta, Baosteel and other companies to provide them with personalized dual-carbon management services.
In addition, the National Carbon Center has also added "new green" to carbon sink trading. Zheng Mingyue introduced that the center has combined satellite remote sensing, airborne laser radar and other technologies to build an accurate forest carbon sink monitoring indicator system, provide quantitative basis for macro-monitoring of carbon trading, and broaden the conversion channel of "green water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains". On this basis, Nanping is accelerating the establishment of an industrial alliance featuring national carbon measurement, and promoting the creation of a national carbon measurement and carbon monitoring industry cluster.
As the venue for the Digital China Summit, Fuzhou is accelerating the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, helping traditional industries to upgrade and rebuild their advantages. Among them, Changle District of the city is the largest nylon civilian silk production base and warp knitted lace fabric production base in the country. Therefore, the Fujian (Changle) Textile Industrial Internet Platform came into being.
The staff inputs text into the AI lace-assisted design system of the platform to design various lace patterns, and then uploads the patterns with one click to complete the intellectual property confirmation of the designer. At present, the platform has served more than 640 companies and connected more than 10,000 devices. The person in charge of the Changle District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology told reporters that after digital and intelligent transformation, the average production efficiency of local textile SMEs has increased by about 20% and energy consumption has decreased by about 20%.
