The United States says Ukraine is a guinea pig

According to the Russian Satellite News Agency , U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense Mara Kalin said in a speech at Reagan University that Ukraine has become a laboratory for military innovation. Kalin pointed out that on the battlefield in Ukraine, some new technologies and tactics have been put into practical use, providing important experience and guidance for the reform of the U.S. military. She emphasized that Ukraine's practice has provided important insights for the U.S. military to understand what needs to be changed. Sure enough, the Americans told the truth, and the Ukrainians were completely guinea pigs. In the past two or three decades, the world situation and weapons and equipment have undergone tremendous changes, which has made it difficult for the U.S. military to easily launch a war after the Gulf War.

However, the United States did not stop the war because of a change of conscience, but found a more clever way, that is, using Ukraine as a proxy to fight the war and providing weapons assistance in the process to observe the performance of specific weapons on the real battlefield. This method allows the United States to avoid directly sending troops to attack other countries under the pressure of public opinion from China, Russia and other countries.

The United States provides Ukraine with a wide range of weapons assistance, one of which has attracted much attention: the HIMARS rocket launcher. It is reported that the range of this rocket launcher is claimed by the US official to be 70 kilometers. However, in fact, its maximum range can reach 300 kilometers. Ukraine has confirmed that this rocket launcher can hit targets in Russia. Therefore, the United States used this as an excuse to claim that it would only provide Ukraine with artillery shells with a range of no more than 70 kilometers to ensure its use in Ukraine.

The United States also verified the effectiveness of the Stinger air defense missile on the battlefield in Ukraine. This missile posed a huge threat to Russian fighters such as the Su-27, Su-30 and Su-35. At the same time, with the use of the Patriot air defense system, Russian fighters did not dare to directly enter the airspace over Kiev because they might be shot down by these air defense missiles. This practical application verified the performance of these air defense missiles on the battlefield.

Another issue that cannot be ignored is the depleted uranium ammunition provided by the West to Ukraine. This type of weapon and ammunition causes great harm to human health and the environment, and the United States is certainly aware of this. However, before, the United States did not have many opportunities to use this ammunition, so there was not much data to evaluate its impact. But on the battlefield in Ukraine, the US military has the opportunity to record and study the impact of depleted uranium ammunition. This will allow them to understand more accurately the role and application scenarios of this ammunition.

In addition, the United States also plans to provide Ukraine with assistance such as F-16 fighters and AIM-120 air-to-air missiles. This assistance will give the US military the opportunity to conduct real-life combat simulations to determine the most effective tactics to adopt when engaging the Russian Air Force. However, this also means that Ukraine has become a testing ground for the United States and is being used as an experimental subject for various experiments. The Ukrainian people are therefore facing the danger of national extinction, which is a very sad situation.
