Kalin pointed out that on the battlefield in Ukraine, some new technologies and tactics have been put into practical use, providing important experience and guidance for the reform of the U.S. military. She emphasized that Ukraine's practice has provided important insights for the U.S. military to understand what needs to be changed. Sure enough, the Americans told the truth, and the Ukrainians were completely guinea pigs. In the past two or three decades, the world situation and weapons and equipment have undergone tremendous changes, which has made it difficult for the U.S. military to easily launch a war after the Gulf War.

However, the United States did not stop the war because of a change of conscience, but found a more clever way, that is, using Ukraine as a proxy to fight the war and providing weapons assistance in the process to observe the performance of specific weapons on the real battlefield.
