On April 13, the 300-day countdown theme event of the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin 2025 with the theme of "Ice and Snow Dreams, Asia United Heart" was held at the Harbin Grand Theater. Xu Qin, Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, attended the event. Gao Zhidan, Director of the General Administration of Sports of China and Chairman of the Asian Winter Games Organizing Committee, and Liang Huiling, Governor of Heilongjiang Province and Chairman of the Asian Winter Games Organizing Committee, delivered speeches.

The Asian Winter Games Organizing Committee fully implemented the "green, shared, open, and clean" concept of hosting the games and the "simple, safe, and exciting" requirements for hosting the games, and the work at all stages and links was steadily advancing. Today, there are 300 days left until the opening of the 9th Asian Winter Games. The General Administration of Sports will work together with all parties in Heilongjiang Province and Harbin City to conscientiously implement the important expositions and important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on sports, as well as the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, further accelerate the advancement of preparatory work, and strive to hold a high-level and high-quality Asian Winter Sports event, carry forward the spirit of the Beijing Winter Olympics, showcase the style of winter sports, promote the vigorous development of ice and snow sports and the continuous improvement of ice and snow competitive levels; spread the Olympic spirit, build an exchange platform for Asian countries and regions, work together to create a better future, and add glory and make new contributions to the motherland and the people.

Liang Huiling said that the 300-day countdown to the Asian Winter Games is an important milestone in the preparation process, marking that the preparation work for the Asian Winter Games has entered a critical stage of accelerated sprint. Heilongjiang Province and Harbin City will increase pressure and make persistent efforts, strive for excellence, and complete various preparatory tasks with high standards and high quality, and strive to make this Asian Winter Games a sports and cultural event that highlights the Asian style, Chinese style, Longjiang characteristics, and the charm of the ice city. At the event, the Harbin city image promotional film "Harbin, Together and Together" and the core graphics, color system and sports icons of the Asian Winter Games were released, and invitations were sent to the Olympic Committees of 45 countries (regions) in Asia, and relevant countries sent blessing videos.

Branch venues were set up at the Heilongjiang Ice Training Center, Qitaihe Speed Skating Hall, Qiqihar Ice Hockey Hall, Harbin Qunli Music Square and Central Street. Through the dazzling effects of sound, light and electricity, the perfect integration of ice and stage, the countdown board was lit up simultaneously throughout the city, and multiple theme activities were promoted simultaneously, further highlighting the concept of "Green Asian Winter Games, Smart Asian Winter Games, Open Asian Winter Games, and Shared Asian Winter Games".
