In a conversation with Musk on August 12, Trump slammed his election opponent Harris. However, when talking about Harris's appearance on the cover of Time magazine, Trump said that Harris looks like Melania.

"Today, I saw Kamala Harris in Time magazine. She looked like the most beautiful actress in the world. It was a sketch. She looked a lot like our great first lady, Melania. She doesn't even look like Kamala anymore, yes. But of course, she's a beautiful woman," Trump said.

Trump will run against US Vice President Harris in November this year. Last month, Trump was shot and injured in Pennsylvania, and Musk spoke out in support of Trump. According to the New York Times, this marks a change in Musk's previous claims of neutrality.

On the 12th, Trump had a long and controversial interview with billionaire Musk, in which Trump slammed Harris, calling her the "border czar" of the Biden administration and saying her policies would only allow more illegal immigrants to enter the United States.

Trump said: "I think a lot of people think that the Biden administration will be a moderate administration, but that's not the case. Under Kamala's leadership, we will see a more left-leaning administration. This is my true opinion."

He also has consistently said Harris is a radical Democrat who "destroyed" California during her time as state attorney general and senator.
