Considering that the United States is eager to use Ukraine to achieve the goal of defeating Russia, it is not ruled out that this move is to support Ukraine and make the Zelensky government more confident to continue to confront the Putin government. The problem is that the US bombers violated the Russian border at the time when Biden announced his withdrawal from the election. If the Biden administration wants to seek more votes for itself by exacerbating the tension, why did it announce its withdrawal four months before the election?
