Cheats to defeat America may have been found

Not long ago, the world was shocked by the news that the Houthi armed forces in Yemen openly attacked the US Navy destroyer "Essinhower" and claimed that they successfully launched two missiles, both of which hit the target. However, this statement has aroused widespread doubts from the outside world, because so far, people have not been able to confirm whether the Houthi armed forces have really achieved their goals.

In order to prove their claims, the Houthis released a series of "hard evidence" on social networking sites. In these photos, a huge hole was blasted out of the hull of an aircraft carrier, which looked very shocking. However, these photos were quickly pointed out by European and American authorities to be fake, but this did not calm the outside world's discussions, but made the whole incident even more confusing.

In fact, many military experts know that with the current technical level of the Houthis, it is almost impossible to cause substantial damage to the US aircraft carrier. However, the Houthis's courage to attack the US aircraft carrier is an unprecedented challenge in itself. They have used practical actions to declare to the world that the US hegemony is not indestructible.

Although it is generally believed that the US aircraft carrier could not be seriously damaged, the recent navigation of the aircraft carrier has not shown any signs of damage. The aircraft carrier has moved away from the coastal area of Yemen and continued to carry out its mission. Next to it is an old aircraft, which also proves from the side that the aircraft carrier has not been greatly affected.

However, it is worth noting that US reconnaissance aircraft have not spotted the Houthi fleet in the past five days. This means that after consuming a large amount of supplies and missiles, the Houthis are no longer able to continue to pose a threat to US aircraft carriers. At the same time, due to the lack of naval bases near the Red Sea, US aircraft carriers must rely on the outside world to deliver a large amount of supplies and resupply.

Previously, the United States had conducted similar experiments, trying to simulate the repair process of damaged aircraft carriers. However, they found that even if the ship's plate was damaged, the combat effectiveness of the aircraft carrier was still difficult to restore. This is mainly because the maintenance of aircraft carriers requires a lot of material and technical support, which is often difficult to guarantee in wartime. However, the United States is quite mature in wartime maintenance technology, and they have professional maintenance ships and experienced maintenance personnel.

Although the United States quickly took measures to "cover up" the news, it is undeniable that the Houthi attack did cause considerable trouble to the US aircraft carrier. More importantly, the attack demonstrated the Houthi armed forces' combat capabilities under low-cost and low-tech conditions. Even if they cannot directly defeat the US aircraft carrier, they can still bring tremendous pressure to the United States through a war of attrition.

Of course, all of this is based on existing information and does not necessarily represent the "truth." But in any case, this offensive method of the Houthis deserves our attention. Even if they are not yet an opponent of the United States, if similar organizations or countries launch similar attacks again, the United States will face huge challenges. Therefore, we should see the deeper meaning behind this attack and think about how to deal with similar threats that may arise in the future.
